Events

Plain-Knoll is always honored to host events at our farm. Often we share our herd with other breeders or spend time educating and sharing with the public. Following are some of the recent events we have been involved with.

Versailles FFA Farm Day

Buschur Dairy Farms had the privilege of hosting the Annual Farm Day in May, 2015, that's put on by the Versailles FFA under the guidance of Mrs. Dena Wuebker. 800 kindergarden-2nd graders came from area schools and spent the day learning about where their food comes from and seeing lots of animals. We love seeing a lot of these kids experience being on a farm for the first time. The day went extremely well! Versailles FFA always keeps the day running smoothly.

Farm Day consisted of 12 different stations, each one covering a different topic of interest. Stations included: Petting Zoo, Large Equipment Safety, Butter, Horse, Yogurt, Wildlife, Corn & Soybean, Apples, French Fries, Cookies & Milk, Cow Milking, and Walking tour of the farm.

We hope you enjoy the virtual tour.
